In addition to succeeding as a criminal defence force chaser and civil litigator, David is the interim Prosecutor for the City of Hanahan, SC. Prior to this appointment, he served as Assistant Solicitor in the Ninth Circuit Solicitor's Part for Charleston County. During his higher career, Deon had the laurels of working in the office of the late Senator Edward (Ted) Kennedy where he assisted on the Health, Instruction, Labor & Pension (H.Due east.L.P) Committee. He began advocacy for the underserved equally a police pupil at the Academy of South Carolina Schoolhouse of Constabulary where he graduated in May 2015. Tyler Silvestro joined David Aylor Law Offices as an attorney in June 2021, after spending time representing the underserved at the Richland County Public Defender'southward Office. He attended the College of Charleston, where he received a B.Southward. in Business Administration in May 2016. During his higher career, he served as President of the Pre-Law Social club, which is where his association with David Aylor began.
Tyler obtained his J.D. from the University of S Carolina Schoolhouse of Law in May 2019. During his time in law schoolhouse, he clerked for various criminal defense firms, including a continued relationship with David Aylor Law Offices.
Tyler takes bang-up pride in his work as a criminal defense attorney, advocating for those who find themselves enduring what is often one of the most vulnerable times in their lives. When not in the office fiercely advocating for our clients, he enjoys creative writing and keeping up with current events.

Allison Fultz joined David Aylor Constabulary Offices equally an attorney in October of 2021. She attended College of Charleston where she graduated with a B.A. in Psychology in December 2018. One calendar month later, she began the expedited spring-start program at Charleston Schoolhouse of Law where she obtained her Juris Md in 2.5 years. While at Charleston School of Law, Allison served as the student liaison for the Charleston County Bar Association and was an active member in other organizations such as the Women in Police Association and the Christian Legal Society. She is a fellow member of the Southward Carolina Bar Association, the Charleston County Bar Association as well as a fellow member of the SC Women Lawyers Association.

Levi was raised in Conway, SC. After graduating from Spartanburg Methodist College, he joined the U.S Army and served in the 82nd Airborne Partition. Afterwards the Regular army, Levi moved to Charleston, South Carolina. Equally an investigator, he's enjoyed working with and helping our many clients through the years. Daniela graduated with a masters' caste in International Affairs in May of 2020. She is an active Director of the movement HeforShe Colombia.
